Urgent Memo from the school district / رسالة عاجلة من الهيئة التعليمية الخاصة بالمدارس:

Based on the most recent update from the province’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District is changing its plan for students and parents to retrieve personal and instructional materials from schools on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
وفقاُ للتحديثات الأخيرة من رئيس المكتب الطبي للصحة , قررت الهيئة التعليمية الخاصة بالمدارس تغيير الخطة الخاصة بأخذ الأغراض الشخصية واللوازم التعليمية من المدارس يومي الأربعاء والخميس هذا الاسبوع.
Please disregard the message sent to you outlining that plan.
من فضلكم تجاهلوا الرسالة السابقة بخصوص جدول مواعيد أخذ أغراض أولادكم من المدرسة يومي الأربعاء و الخميس.
Please be advised that no student or parent will be provided access to schools, effective immediately. The only exceptions will be for the retrieval of critical items, such as medical equipment or prescriptions currently housed at the school. Parents are advised to contact their school administration to arrange for the transfer of such items.
من فضلكم لن يسمح للطلاب و الأهالي دخول المدارس بداُ من الآن. الاستثناء الوحيد إذا كان لدى أولادكم في المدارس لوازم طبية أو وصفة تم تركها بالمدرسة. في هذه الحالة يجب على الأهالي التواصل مع ادارة المدرسة لنقل هذه اللوازم الضرورية.
We regret the inconvenience this causes. We are, however, determined to keep staff, students, parents/guardians and school communities as safe as possible during this uncertain time. We will communicate a plan for retrieval of all non-essential items at some point in the future. Your child’s teachers will be in communication with you by Friday March 27, 2020
نحن نأسف على الإزعاج بهذا التغيير المفاجئ. لكننا قررنا أن نترك \ نجعل الكادر التدريسي و الطلاب و الاهالي واولياء الامور آمنين\ سالمين قدر الإمكان خلال هذه الفترة الغامضة. سوف نتواصل معكم بخطة لأخذ الأغراض غير الضرورية في وقت ما مستقبلاُ. المعلمين \ المعلمات سيتواصلون معكم بحلول يوم الجمعة March 27 .
