The Junior Boys Soccer game today (Monday, October 16th) is CANCELLED due to weather.

Senior Boys soccer meeting and practice will be on Friday, Oct. 20th from 2:30 – 4:00pm in the gym.

The Senior Girls Soccer game today has been cancelled due to the weather.

• It has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Oct. 17th at 4:30PM at the Diane Whalen turf field in Paradise.

Grade 8 Girls Volleyball Tryout

Grade 8 Girls Basketball Tryout is cancelled for Sunday, October 15th.

The next tryout will take place on Wednesday, October 18th from 7:00-8:30pm.

• Big Congrats to the Boys U14 Hockey team who played in New Brunswick at the Atlantic Challenge Cup this past weekend. A few Grizzlies received a Silver medal!

• Congratulations to all cross-country runners this past weekend, MDJH won first place in the categories of grade 7 boys, grade 8 & 9 boys, and grade 8 & 9 girls!

Ultimate Frisbee is starting again at MDJH! Our first practice will be Sunday, October 15th at 7:30 PM.

All students are welcome – beginners can learn the basics and experienced players can continue to develop their skills.

Ultimate Newfoundland Labrador is excited to offer a U12 Fall Youth League. This indoor league is being offered for players aged 10-12, which will run every Thursday from October 19th to December 14th, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Techniplex.

This league will focus on basic skills and game play for a 4v4 game format.  A co-ed league that is open to players of any skill level.
