Important Information for families of students with Anaphylactic Allergies

Any student with allergies and who need an Epi-Pen for anaphylaxis are required to submit a new Anaphylaxis Emergency Form plan every school year.

Please submit, along with a current Epi-pen, to your child’s Homeroom teacher as soon as possible.
