Come celebrate the holidays with the MDJH String Ensemble!
Sunday, December 8th from 2:00 – 3:00 at The Rooms.
NLSchools and the Department of Education have proposed an updated Personal Electronic Devices Policy for English K-12 public schools.
Teachers, parents and guardians, and students are encouraged to take part in the survey to provide feedback.
For more than ten years, MDJH has partnered with St. Patrick’s Mercy Home to provide gifts for their seniors who may not have anyone to give them a gift. They are too often forgotten at this time of year. Ours are the only gift they may receive.
We receive a list of wish items for seniors from St. Patrick’s Mercy Home.
Students are asked to bring in the items on the list below to their homeroom OR they can bring in a monetary donation for the purchase of these items. Every homeroom will also sign a Christmas card for the seniors. This is a very heartwarming project. Thank you for your continued support!
All donations need to be handed in to room 222 (Ms. Sauvé) by Tuesday, December 17.
Dear Families,
Education Accord NL is inviting everyone connected to our education system—parents, caregivers, educators, support staff, and others—to share their thoughts on the future of education in Newfoundland and Labrador. From early childhood to lifelong learning, your input matters.
If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the anonymous online survey: educationaccordnl.ca/survey. Your input will make a meaningful difference in guiding education reform in our province.
Together, we can help create an education system that supports all learners and their success.
Our Annual Scholastic Book Fair will take place from December 9th to the 12th here at the school, and we are looking for parent volunteers who may be able to help!
If you are interested, please fill out this form for Mr. Taylor.
The final open tryout for Grade 9 Girls Basketball will be Sunday, November 17th at 10:00am.
Congratulations go out to Henry P.! On Saturday, October 26th, Henry competed in the Provincial Cross Country U16 Championship and took home the gold!
Way to go, Henry!
