Congratulations go out to Daniel E. in Homeroom 9-2! Daniel participates in Clash of the Academics, a weekly game/competition at Lytehouse Youth (Bethesda Church). Students compete to earn points towards a championship trophy for their school, as well as bragging rights. Weekly challenges can earn special perks for teachers and staff at the student’s school. This week, Daniel was the winner, and a selection of treats was delivered to MDJH at recess today for teachers and staff.

On behalf of MDJH, thank you Daniel! It was much appreciated! And good luck with your future Clash of the Academics competitions!

There will be Grade 9 girls open basketball tryouts on:

• Sunday, November 3rd from 10:00 -11:30am
• Monday, November 4th from 8:00 – 9:30pm

We hat a great day here at MDJH yesterday! Lots of costumes from students and staff! Congratulations also to Homeroom 7-9, who won the Halloween “Collect the Spiders” scavenger hunt contest!
