Any Grade 9 students interested in going on a tour to Gonzaga on June 23rd in the morning are asked to please sign the sign up sheet at the office.

Any students that will be in the Grade 8 or 9 French Immersion program next year are eligible to attend the EF tour trip in May 2026 to Quebec. A parent meeting will be held June 11 at 7pm in the school library.

Reminder: Grade 9 students wishing to submit an application for a leadership award should do so by 2:10pm on Friday, June 6. Bring completed forms to Ms. Sauvé, room 222.

Reminder: No school for students on Friday, June 20th for a PL Day

The date to request registration for a Midterm re-write was May 27th. It is not possible for students to redo a Midterm without prior registration and confirmation.

Students are expected in school for regular classes in the morning session.

Students are reminded to use the bathroom at lunch as they are not able to leave the exam room once the exam has begun.

Final exams will take place 4th period starting at 12:15 pm promptly.

Students are expected to bring something to read in the event they finish their exam early. They will not have permission to leave the exam classroom until dismissed for the bus at 2:10 pm.

Buses will be running their regular schedules.

Students are expected to come prepared for the exam with their pencils, pens, calculators, and / or protractors if needed.
