Curriculum Night Tonight

Tonight is Curriculum Night. We ask parents attending to arrive by 6:30 pm sharp in our gymnasium. The admin team will great you with a short presentation before you meet your 2025-2026 teachers.

We ask that you prepare your child’s Day 1 schedule in advance of tonight so you know where to proceed once we dismiss you from the gymnasium. We will ring our bell for you indicating when to proceed to the next class.

Our teachers will be discussing curriculum details only. If you have any specific questions or details about your youth, please make an appointment to meet with the teacher.

Volleyball Tryouts

There will be open Volleyball tryouts starting this week for the following teams:

Grade 8 Girls Volleyball
1) Thursday, September 18th 7:00 – 8:30pm
2) Sunday, September 21st 1:00 – 2:30pm
3) Tuesday, September 23rd 7:00 – 8:30pm

Grade 9 Girls Volleyball
1) Thursday, September 18th 5:30 – 7:00pm
2) Sunday, September 21st 4:30 – 6:00 pm
3) Tuesday, September 23rd 5:30 – 7:00pm

Grade 7 Boys Volleyball
1) Thursday, September 18th 2:30 – 4:00pm
2) Sunday, September 21st 6:00 – 7:30 pm

Grade 8 Boys Volleyball

Cross Country Club

There will be cross country running practices on

  • September 18th at 2:15- 3:00pm.
  • September 25th at 2:15- 3:00pm.
  • October 2nd at 2:15- 3:00pm.

Any students in grade 7 to 9 that are interested, are asked to come to those practices to train and prepare for the up-coming events.

Runners are to meet in the gymnasium on those dates after school.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation – Sept. 30th

The Provincial Government is observing the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30, 2025. This includes the closure of all NLSchools offices and schools.

This observance is being held to honour survivors and raise awareness of the tragic legacy of residential schools in Canada.
