Scholastic Book Fair

Here’s what you need to know about the Fair, which will take place next week from Monday, November 28, to Friday December 2, in the MDJH Library.
- Students can visit the fair during recess and lunch on their own, and with their homeroom. (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jqhA_r0hny1zXgg4N9Ik7IFWFbDx8t1HbdanXpa6lVo/edit?usp=sharing)
- School is closed on Tuesday for Teacher PD, but the MDJH 25th Anniversary Open House will be on that night from 6-8, and you are invited to visit with your family at that time.
- If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop at our school’s Virtual Book Fair. All orders ship directly to our school, and we will arrange for a pickup time when they arrive. Your online orders will also benefit our school.

Scholastic Book Fair – Next Week!
Dear families,
Our school is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair from November 28 to December 2.
The Scholastic Book Fair is a fantastic way to continue to give our students access to the books they want to read. We are so happy that our students can interact with the Fair at our school, and choose their next favourite book!
Students can visit during recess and lunch all next week. They will also be visiting with their English class. It is a great place to pick up some great reads, do some Christmas shopping, and support the school library!
We will also be open during the 50th Anniversary Open House on Tuesday night for parents, families, and friends to visit.
We’re excited to let you know you can also shop at our Virtual Book Fair all next week, and select the books that inspire your readers from the comfort of home. Before the fair begins, you can use the virtual link to watch videos of popular new titles and preview our Featured Books. Online purchasing will be available next week while the in-school fair is happening. Online purchases will be delivered to the school for pickup in time for Christmas.
Watch for more book fair news on twitter @mdjh, and here on our school website.
