Even with the less than seasonal weather lately, we’re hard at work on our community garden. New planter boxes have been added to the side of our outdoor classroom, and we’ll hopefully see some green soon!

Our websites have been updated with program dates. Please note that the registration links will not be activated until registration opens on Monday. During registration, if you are prompted to email me for a waitlist space, please email me as soon as possible; as waitlists are created in order of the time the email is received. Please include the program and dates you are interested in so that you can be added to the proper waitlist. Given reduced capacities, we are not able to offer the same number of spaces as we did in the past, and programs have been modified to ensure we are able to adhere to the Public Health measures currently in place.
If you have any questions, please email me to let me know. I will work through them as quickly as I can.
Many thanks for your continued support of our programs.

Message of solidarity with our Muslim families
MDJH stands in solidarity with our Muslim families, whose community has just experienced a terrible loss in the attack on the Afzaal family in London, Ontario, which killed four members of the family.
As a school we are feeling especially deeply the loss of Yumna Afzaal, who was also a grade 9 student.
Any act of hatred and violence diminishes us all.
Shallaway Auditions

Bus Planner Parent Portal
The NLESD School District recently created a new bussing portal for parents to help simplify student transportation. Students will be bringing information home today regarding this new process, along with an individualized letter in paper copy that contains sign-in information for the portal.
The portal will contain information on the eligibility of the child for bussing as well as the procedure for when they move or change schools. Even non-bussed or non-eligible students will receive this information because the District is planning on moving our Public Inquiry Form and the Courtesy Seating Process over to this Parent Portal.
Thanks again for your continued support.
