Mid-Term Exam Schedule
Students are expected in school for regular classes in the morning session.
Exams will take place 4th period starting at 12:15 promptly. Students are expected to bring something to read in the event they finish their exam early. They will not have permission to leave the exam classroom until dismissed for the bus at 2:10 pm. Buses will be running their regular schedules.
Students are expected to come prepared for the exam with their pencils, pens, calculators, and / or protractors ( grade 7 only ).
International Baccalaureate (IB) at Holy Heart Information Session
Holy Heart of Mary Regional High School will be hosting a public information session for parents and grade 9 students interested in pursuing the International Baccalaureate Program.
The session will take place at the Holy Heart Theatre on Thursday, January 16 at 6:30 PM.

No Cafeteria Service – Thursday, Dec. 19
Tomorrow (Wednesday, December 18th) will be the last day for cafeteria service this year.
Fireworks: Creative and Confident Girls 6-Week Workshop
The next 6-week workshop “Creative and Confident Girls” for ages 9-12 starts in January. Registration is open now. Allergy Reminder: December 2024
This is a reminder to our school community that we have various serious and life threatening allergies here at MDJH; and therefore, these items cannot be brought into or consumed in the school:
- ALL nuts
- shellfish and fish
- eggs
- buttered/flavoured or microwave popcorn
- cheesies
- snacks with powdered cheese (popcorn, cheese crackers)
- sesame seeds
- kiwi
- latex balloons
- scented products/sprays
In addition, students and staff are reminded to always wash their hands after eating and to clean up eating areas after eating.
Families are responsible for ensuring that the school has a current Epi-pen on hand; in the case of anaphylactic allergies. As well, families are responsible for informing the school of any allergies their child/youth has.
