Yesterday was Jersey Day/School Colours at MDJH, and staff and students got into the spirit of things.
Tomorrow will be Pink Shirt Day!
Congratulations to our MDJH Grade 8 Girls Basketball team, who won the Leary’s Brook Grade 9 invitational tournament this weekend. The MDJH team went undefeated and beat the Mobile Grade 9 team in the Championship Game!
Congratulations also to the Boys Grade 7A volleyball team! They won the Tier 1 Provincial Championship this weekend!
Also this weekend, MDJH students, Meredith O., Emma S., Eva M. and Violet A. represented our province at Canada Cup this weekend in Waterloo, Ontario. Their Novice Synchronize Skating team placed 10th overall!

Due to impending weather, all practices at MDJH for Sunday, Feb. 18th are cancelled.
Representatives from Gonzaga visited our Grade 9s today to discuss course selection for next year. Students were all given sheets to plan their courses, and they have to be returned to the office or homeroom teacher by Friday, February 23.
