The Senior Girls Soccer Team won their semi finals game yesterday (Thursday) 3-2. The girls will play in the finals at 7:30pm, Sunday, Oct22nd at Mt. Pearl Turf.

On October 21st, the Newfoundland and Labrador School Chess Association (NLSCA) is holding the first school chess tournament of this school year. The tournament is open to all school aged players from Kindergarten to Grade 12 and will take place at Leary’s Brook Junior High School in St. John’s. Registration will be on-site from 9:30am to 10am or on-line in advance from the NLSCA web site www.chess.nl.ca (or you can Google “NL School Chess”).
