Today all of our students were run through a bus safety and evacuation procedure, conducted by our school bus drivers. For more information, please refer to this NLSchools pamphlet on bus safety.

There will be Grade 7 Girls B Volleyball Practice from 7:00-8:30pm on Thursday, October 17th @ MDJH Gym.

Final Girls Grade 7 B Volleyball Tryout will be between 7:00 – 8:30 tonight (Tuesday, Oct 15th) at MDJH Gym.

The selection letters for Jr Boys Soccer are now released and the team roster for this event is now finalized. Listed below are the games for the upcoming tournament starting this week.

1. Thursday, October 17th @ 8:45pm – St. Kevin’s vs MDJH (MPSA FIELD)
2. Sunday, October 20th @ 11:30am- Frank Robert’s vs MDJH (MPSA FIELD)
3. Monday, October 21st @ 5:00pm – St. Bons. vs MDJH (MPSA FIELD)
4. Tuesday, October 22nd @ 7:30pm- Juniper Ridge vs MDJH (MPSA FIELD)
5. Friday, October 25th @ 7:30pm – MDJH vs Paradise Int. (MPSA FIELD)

Due to the holiday, there are no classes on Monday, October 14th.

There will be a Grade 7 Girls B volleyball team open tryout today from 7:00-8:30 pm at Macdonald Drive Junior High.

There will be a Grade 7 Girls B volleyball tryout on Wednesday, October 9th, from 4:30- 6:00pm.

Please note that this tryout will take place at Macdonald Drive Elementary school (MDE).

There will be Grade 7 boys open volleyball tryouts on Tuesday, October 8th from 2:30 – 4pm.

Today MDJH participated in the Annual Terry Fox Walk. Thanks to generous donations from students and families, we raised over $1400.00 to donate to the Terry Fox Foundation, and we’ll add in any donations that come in after the weekend.

It was a great fall day for a walk around Kenny’s Pond. Than you to Mr. Tobin for organizing it for us.
