There will be a Professional Development Day at MDJH tomorrow (Wednesday, March 6th). There will be no classes as a result.

Classes resume on Thursday, March 7th. It will be Day 3 on the calendar.

Due to the poor weather, all after school activities at MDJH for Friday, March 1 have been cancelled.

This includes Drama, Band, and Robotics, as well as all sports.

There will be no cafeteria service available on Thursday, February 29th and Monday, March 1st. The cafeteria will be open for students to eat lunch they have brought with them.

Cafeteria service will resume on Monday, March 4th.

Yesterday was Jersey Day/School Colours at MDJH, and staff and students got into the spirit of things.

Tomorrow will be Pink Shirt Day!

Congratulations to our MDJH Grade 8 Girls Basketball team, who won the Leary’s Brook Grade 9 invitational tournament this weekend. The MDJH team went undefeated and beat the Mobile Grade 9 team in the Championship Game!

Congratulations also to the Boys Grade 7A volleyball team! They won the Tier 1 Provincial Championship this weekend!

Also this weekend, MDJH students, Meredith O., Emma S., Eva M. and Violet A. represented our province at Canada Cup this weekend in Waterloo, Ontario. Their Novice Synchronize Skating team placed 10th overall!
