Not feeling well? There is an updated questionnaire from the Provincial Government to check to see if you should go to school.
For students in Grade 9 that are interested in the Duke of Edinburgh program, there will be a virtual information session this Thursday, November 12th from 6-7 pm. Interested students are asked to fill out this Google Form so they can be invited to the Google Meet.
As you are aware, Chartwells is our current food provider. Up until this point, orders could be placed online up until 7:45 in the morning for delivery that same day. Parents/guardians must register with Cafzone (cafzone.ca) to avail of this service.
Starting on Monday, Chartwells will also be selling food onsite. Each grade will be called and in keeping with protocol, students must wear their mask and socially distance while in line.
Online orders will still be accepted. Thank you for your continued support.
Not sure what to do with your leftover Halloween candy? Donate it to The Gathering Place! Bring in your candy and drop it off on the table outside the cafeteria. All items donated will be brought to The Gathering Place.
Take Our Kids to Work Day 2020 is a career exploration event for students in Grade 9. This event is not promoted by NLESD, but it is one that may appeal to some parents and/or students. This year it is scheduled to be a virtual event.
If you would more information or would like to have your workplace participate in this event, there are some steps that must be completed.
Please note that this is an event for Grade 9 students only. Students who participate are responsible for worked covered in class during their absence.
